Returns:
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.We only accept returns of unused items, or by reason of manufacturing default. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with all the original packaging and accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days according to your bank.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges:
If the item was damaged during delivery, or if it has a defective or damaged due manufacturing defect we will replace item if returned within 60 days from purchase. The item must be sent to us for inspection along with your sales receipt or invoice. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved we will send a replacement item free of charge. The damaged item will be kept by us. Please use the contact form to apply for an exchange.You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item. We do not manufacture any of the products we sell, the manufacturer may have provided a limited time warranty with your product. Delivery estimates commence from date of dispatch. While we strive for next business day, during busy periods it can take up to 5 business days to dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or postage strikes. We are unable to re-direct orders once items have been dispatched.
Because customs policies vary from country to country, orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. This cost is not included in our freight cost.
